Your whole production on one call sheet

Crew, shooting schedule, transport, hours and payments — instead of dozens of spreadsheets that don't talk to each other. Built for productions in Israel, in Hebrew and Arabic.

Early access is open to a small number of productions.

Every screen on this page shows a made-up production

Shoot day

The production day, laid out like a call sheet

Call time, location, who's on set and what's still open — on one page that keeps itself up to date.

  • Working hours for every day, flagged when it runs past 10.5 or 11 hours
  • To-do: locations without a filming permit, people without a ride, missing hours
  • A countdown to shoot day 1, with what still isn’t ready

The strip board, the week and the whole shoot

The schedule as it looks on the strip board — without rewriting it every time something moves.

  • Drag a shoot day to another date and its locations, cast and rides move with it
  • Actor availability marked on their shoot days
  • A week board and a whole-production calendar, weekends and election day included

Rides that reach the driver on WhatsApp

Build the morning and wrap runs; each driver gets a clean message with times and destination.

  • Assign people to drivers by dragging or with a tap
  • A driver message with the call, the destination and pickups in order
  • Anyone staying at a hotel is picked up from the hotel

People

Every crew member gets their own page

No app, no password: a phone number and a 6-digit code, and the phone stays signed in.

  • Tomorrow's call, the ride and who else is in the car
  • Log today's or yesterday's hours, approved by the production
  • In Hebrew, Arabic or English — each in their own language
  • A WhatsApp reminder to log hours, half an hour after wrap

Resources

Locations, lodging and vehicles

Everything the production rents, with its papers and dates.

  • A filming permit and insurance for every location, flagged before they expire
  • Lodging as a rooming list: who sleeps where each night, against the shoot days
  • Production vehicles and drivers, wired straight into transport

Money

Hours, pay and payments without Excel

The hour log runs through the production's overtime calculator and is tracked until the receipt arrives.

  • The ACT calculator (Israel’s film and TV crew union) for overtime, or your company’s own
  • Hours crew log wait for approval; change requests come to you
  • Invoice → payment → receipt tracking for every crew member

Questions

How much does it cost?

We haven’t set prices yet. Early access comes with no commitment, and we’ll tell you the price before you need to decide anything.

Does the crew need to install an app?

No. Each crew member opens their page in the phone’s browser with their phone number and a 6-digit code you send them. No password to remember, and the phone stays signed in.

Can we bring in the crew list we already have in Excel?

Yes. Import the file as it is — departments, blank continuation rows, positions not yet filled — and the columns are recognised for you.

How is overtime calculated?

With the ACT calculator (Israel’s film and TV crew union) built in, or your company’s own calculator. Days over 10.5 and 11 hours are already marked on the schedule.

How do the WhatsApp messages go out?

Driver messages and crew invites open in your own WhatsApp with the text ready, and you send them. The reminder to log hours goes out automatically, only if you turn it on for the production.

Which languages does it work in?

The production is run in Hebrew. Each crew member sees their page and gets messages in Hebrew, Arabic or English — whichever is set for them.

Who can see the information?

Each company sees only its own productions. A producer can get view-only access, each crew member sees only their own page, and ID documents are kept in private storage.
